Steve Aungst (Inducted in 2004) -- Steve Aungst founded the Vicksburg Quartet in 1964 and built the group to tour the Eastern United States and 10 countries in Europe. He led the Vicksburgs to record over 30 albums and for several years performed over 300 concerts yearly while working full-time as a music teacher at the Northern Bedford School District. Steve and Jake Snyder have hosted the Pennsylvania Singing Conventions in Elysburg, Landisville and Martinsburg each summer for the past 30 years. Steve owns and operates Steve Aungst Productions which provides talent agency services, concert promotion and sound reinforcement across the eastern seaboard. He is the primary liason for North Recording Studio in Pennsylvania.
